Netflix doesn’t plan to produce a wrap-up movie for The OA. Earlier this month, the streaming service cancelled the critically-acclaimed science fiction series. Fans have vehemently defended The OA on social media, with some even protesting outside Netflix’s headquarters in Hollywood, California. Created by Brit Marling and long-time collaborator Zal Batmanglij, The OA season 1 debuted on Netflix in December 2016. After three seasons, Netflix is canceling the futuristic drama series, Travelers. The show follows series star and producer Eric McCormack as FBI agent Grant MacLaren, leader of a group intent on saving the world with time travel. A new study from Tom’s Guide, however, shows the iPhone X and iPhone 8 both lag behind competing flagship Android devices in terms of fast charging capabilities… The testing was done using included fast charging accessories with the OnePlus 5T, LG V30, Google Pixel 2, and Galaxy Note 8. For the iPhone X and iPhone, Tom’s Guide used Apple’s 29-watt wall adapter and a USB-C to Lightning cable....

Since its release three years ago, CarPlay has been gradually expanding with more car manufacturers signing on to support the feature every year. Now, a new report from Strategy Analytics offers a bit more information on consumer interest in CarPlay… The survey found that, in the United States, 23 percent of smartphone users view CarPlay as a “must have” for their next car purchase. 56 percent of respondents said that they are “interested” in the technology for their next car, while 21 percent said they aren’t interested....
