NVIDIA states that its Turing GPU architecture gives their hardware 6 times the performance of previous generations of graphics cards, supports real-time ray tracing, and AI enhanced graphics. These features enable games to run much smoother and enable much higher quality graphics. This piece of hardware currently retails for $1199.00, but there are several much cheaper options on the market.
TweakTown (via Reset Era) reports that NVIDIA’s new line of graphics cards have been leaked online. These new GPUs are the GA103 and Ga104. Reportedly these cards will be powering the upcoming GeForce RTX 3080 and the 3070 respectively. The more powerful of the two cards, the GA103, will have some truly powerful new specs. It could possibly support up to 20 GB of GDDR6, 320-bit memory interface, 60 SMs, and 3480 stream processors.
Users have been talking about these leaks and trying to determine other details. Several have lamented the fact that these new graphics cards will completely outmatch the graphics cards they already own. Others were extremely excited to see if the cards will release before games like Cyberpunk 2077. Most everyone in the message boards seem to be concerned as to what the price will wind up being.
